Posters due Feb. 11 for UF College of Medicine’s 2013 Celebration of Research
The UF College of Medicine invites submissions for its 2013 Celebration of Research Poster Session, which will be held Monday, March 11, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.
Senior authors must be College of Medicine Gainesville faculty. Poster boards are 4′x6′.
Posters and abstracts are due by Feb. 11, 2013.
How to Submit Posters
From a UF COMPUTER, go to:
https://intranet.ahc.ufl.edu/wwa/research/researchaffairs/Abstract%20Submission%20Form%202012/Forms/AllItems.aspx
At the login window, enter:
Username: UFAD\GatorLink username (e.g., UFAD\scooby)
Password: GatorLink password
Once logged in, click “Add document” at the bottom of the page to begin the submission process.
The following information is required (you will not need to upload your abstract, which is due by Feb. 11):
- Title of poster
- Names of all authors (as they should be listed in the program)
- Five key words
- Name of senior author (must be College of Medicine – Gainesville faculty)
- Presenter name(s), department(s), and email address(es)
Presenter(s) will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission.
