Executive Operations Committee

The purpose of the Executive Operations Committee is to:

• Engage in collaborative and cooperative shared decision-making regarding the tactical and operational activities of UF CTSI;
• Provide expertise and feedback to UF CTSI and UF Senior Leadership in support of planning and informed decision-making.
