Launched in June 2013 and directed by Dr. Roger Fillingim, the CTSI Mentor Academy is a support and development resource offered to strengthen the skills of research mentors and increase the success of both mentors and mentees at UF.

The program is structured around a year-long seminar series on topics relevant to successful mentor-mentee interactions. Current and potential research mentors are invited to participate. Any UF faculty member who attends at least eight sessions will be inducted as a member of the CTSI Mentor Academy.

This program will continue every year with topics of interest to participants.
