CTSI Help Desk

The CTSI operates a distributed “help desk” allowing researchers and research staff to ask questions and get answers regarding any of the CTSI programs and services.

Use the link below to enter a “ticket” — a request for service, appointment request or to ask a question. You will be prompted for your Gatorlink username and password. Once your ticket is entered, you will receive email confirmation, and a CTSI staff member will respond to your request.

Use the second link to review tickets you have entered previously.
