This fall the National Center for Research Resources announced the development of the CTSA Women in Clinical and Translational Research Interest Group.
The group will address the “leaky pipeline” problem of women in biomedical research, focusing on issues related to sustainability (retention; advancement, promotion and tenure) and mentoring.
