Congratulations to Michelle Troche, Ph.D., for earning the College of Public Health and Health Professions’ 2012-2013 Teacher of the Year Award for her courses in clinical disorders of speech and anatomy and physiology. She is an assistant professor in the department of speech, language, and hearing sciences at the University of Florida. Dr. Troche is also a CTSI KL2 Scholar studying airway protective mechanisms and deep brain stimulation in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
