Congratulations to our Mentor Academy participants!

The Mentor Academy provides research mentors with opportunities to develop mentoring skills through biweekly sessions during a four-month program.

Launched in 2013, the CTSI Mentor Academy has produced more than 50 Master Mentors from nine colleges throughout the University of Florida.

You can find a full list of mentors here, and a list of participants in the most recent series is listed below.

Beyond the Master Mentor Program, the Mentor Academy plans to develop training programs for early career mentors as well as for mentees, including junior faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students.

Interested in joining the mentor academy? Want to participate in an upcoming session?

Please contact Roger B. Fillingim, PhD, director of the CTSI Mentor Academy:

You can also fill out an application online here. The academy is full for Fall 2018, but we welcome applicants for Spring 2019.
