Congratulations to TL1 Program Director Wayne McCormack, PhD, who was recently named to the Steering Committee of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences’ Clinical and Translational Science Award Program. The committee provides leadership for sharing of policies, practices and resources, and discussion of opportunities, impediments, joint agreement on broad issues impeding clinical research and other appropriate topics. Dr. McCormack is a professor and distinguished teaching scholar in the UF College of Medicine.
