
This certificate offers MS and PhD students the opportunity to develop skills for a translational science career in a variety of areas including academia, industry, biotech and government.
Eligibility Requirements
All registered UF doctoral students from partner graduate programs in the following colleges are eligible to apply to the Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) certificate:
- Agricultural & Life Sciences
- Dentistry
- Engineering
- Fine Arts
- Health & Human Performance
- Journalism & Communications
- Liberal Arts & Sciences
- Medicine
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Public Health & Health Professions
- Veterinary Medicine
Program Requirements
The CTS certificate is earned by completing the following from the CTS courses:
- CTS core curriculum (8 credits)
- Electives (3 credits)
- Courses in translational research methods, team science and research ethics
- CTS Curriculum
