Come join our collaborative program designed for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC)s and Clinical Research Nurses (CRN)s at UF + FSU CTSA Hub campuses and affiliates!
The program aims to establish meaningful relationships and collaborative learning among CRCs and CRNs over a 6-month period, encouraging clinical research support while facilitating both personal and professional growth.
Goals:
- Provide opportunities for Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Nurses (CRNs) at University of Florida (UF) + Florida State University (FSU) CTSA Hub campuses and affiliates to build clinical competencies through a 6-month mentoring program.
- Promote mentoring relationships and collaboration based on mutual respect and essential mentorship skills to support personal growth and strengthen the clinical research community.
The program promotes professional growth, teamwork, and skill development, while supporting the development of meaningful mentoring relationships within the clinical research community and is grounded in Joint Task Force (JTF) Clinical Trial Competencies and Mentorship Models.
For Interested Mentees:
Participate in this dynamic program by engaging in monthly workshops and group meetings, sharing insights, and demonstrating newly acquired skills. Learn from peers and mentors, build your professional network, and apply feedback to accelerate your personal and professional growth within the clinical research field.
For Interested Co-Lead Mentors:
Join us as a co-lead mentor to guide monthly meetings focused on Joint Task Force (JTF) competencies and your research expertise. You’ll help create a collaborative learning environment, support mentees’ development of communication and leadership skills, and provide ongoing feedback to track their progress and success. This role looks great on a resume and provides valuable leadership experience—an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth!
