myIRB Open Office Hours
Description
We are pleased to announce the launch of myIRB Office Hours, a new service designed to provide additional support and guidance for researchers working with the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). myIRB Office Hours will be a regular opportunity for researchers to drop-in and consult with our IRB staff on any questions or concerns related to the myIRB platform and associated submissions (such as revisions, continuing reviews, status reports, new study submissions, etc).
IRB Office Hours Details:
First Date: September 9th, 2024 at 12PM.
Duration: 1 hour
Location: Zoom
Frequency: Twice a month (on the 2nd & 4th week of every month)
During IRB Office Hours, our staff will be available to:
Troubleshooting myIRB submission issues
Questions relating to answering myIRB Reviewer comments
Answering questions specific to myIRB
Brief introduction to the myIRB platform (upon request)
Tips and tricks relating to myIRB submissions
Sharing of resources related to myIRB submissions
Questions relating to registration, training, and staff-related changes
Study maintenance-related questions (e.g. study staff updates)
Test and Feedback:
These IRB Office Hours are a test pilot, and we welcome your feedback on this new service. Your input will help us refine the format and content to better meet the needs of our research community. Please bring your questions and concerns, and let us know what you think of this new initiative!
