Description
The Power of Self-Compassion is a three-part didactic, interactive, and experiential workshop. Learn skills to improve your well-being through practicing self-compassion. All sessions in the series will include skill-building exercises. You are welcome to join as many sessions as you would like. Participants are encouraged to keep cameras on.
- Introduction and the Three Core Components of Self-Compassion
- Provides an overview of self-compassion, including a description of its core components: self-kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity. Participants will learn about the benefits of self-compassion and engage in a self- compassion break exercise.
