Description

The Clinical & Translational Science (CTS) Team T32Training Grant has been recently awarded for 5 years! This funding enhances opportunities for graduate students to engage in interdisciplinary, team-based human health research through the CTS Concentration and the training grant program.

Why Consider the CTS Program and T32 Training Grant?

If your career goals include research that impacts human health, the CTS program offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable interdisciplinary research experience. Our CTS Team T32 Training Program equips graduate students with essential skills for a career in clinical and translational research, emphasizing a team-science approach. As a T32 trainee, you will collaborate with a partner from a different college to form a CTS Team, proposing innovative research aims for your dissertations.

T32 trainees will initially receive one year of funding that includes:

  • a stipend (current year level: $28,788*)

  • $4,200 for training-related expenses (includes student health insurance)
  • $1,500 travel allowance to attend and present research at the annual Association for Translational Science conference

The second year of funding is contingent on satisfactory progress and availability of funds.
