UF Innovate Insights Seminar: Intersection of Patent and Regulatory Strategies in Drug Development
Thursday, April 18 | 1 – 2 p.m. | Online
How do drug developers use the patent and regulatory laws to price drugs and see a return on investment? How do these two exclusivity frameworks intersect along the drug development pathway even at the earliest stages? In this virtual seminar, attorneys Jeff Hsi and Will Czaplyski will share their insights on the interplay of patent and regulatory frameworks on drug development and their experience working with universities as well as large and small biopharma companies. This program will focus on strategies to sustain joy through an examination of organizational missions, purpose, and leadership.
