Description
The goal of this study is to investigate participants consumption, and taste preferences for spices in food and drink. The study will aid in developing a new product as part of a clinical trial.
Participation includes…
- Attend (1) confidential focus group session
- Complete a demographic questionnaire as well as a frequency questionnaire regarding spice consumption in the last 30-days
- Have the option to taste 5 products containing spices
- Participation in the focus group and completing the questionnaire will take approximately 45-60 minutes
This study can be completed from home.
Compensation
Participants will be compensated $15 gift card for their time and participation
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate individuals need to meet the following criteria:
- Men and women
- Are between the ages 23-50
- Have no known taste aversion
