Description

The goal of this study is to understand college women’s perceptions of fitness influencer content online. Study findings will be used to develop a guide of what content is most effective towards increasing physical activity. 

Participants will…….

  • Attend (2) 45-60-minute Zoom sessions  
  • Answer questions about their experiences with fitness content on social media  
  • Provide feedback on content they believe could promote increased physical activity 
  • Complete demographic and perception focused questionnaires   

Eligibility

Eligible to participants will meet the following criteria:

  • Women 
  • Ages 18-24 
  • Use social media daily 
  • Able to engage in physical activity 
  • Able to speak and read English

Compensation

Participants will receive compensation in the form of one $10 Amazon gift card per interview and every 4th person to complete both study sessions will receive an additional $30 Amazon gift card.
