CTSI Vouchers

Request a no-cost consultation

The CTSI provides vouchers to help support investigators who may have limited resources. Vouchers provide a maximum of $1,000 in funding to help cover the cost of services to help “unstick” the research process.

Janet King, RN, Manager, Clinical Research Center

Did you know that you can request a no-cost consultation from various CTSI services at any point in your study, even before submitting for IRB approval? CTSI service providers can spend up to two hours advising any researcher at the university at no cost to the researcher. To schedule a consultation with any CTSI service provider, please navigate to https://www.ctsi.ufl.edu/research/ for more details.

If you find that you need financial assistance after your initial consultation, you may request a voucher by filling out the form linked below.

Vouchers are available for the following CTSI Services:

  • Biobehavioral Core
  • Biorepository
  • Clinical Research Center (CRC)
  • Clinical Research Support Services (CRSS)
  • HealthStreet
  • Informatics & Technology (CTS-IT)

Complete the below form to apply for a CTSI Service Voucher if you have already consulted with a CTSI service provider (initial consultations are provided to all researchers at no charge). Please note that you will need the number of hours to complete the project as provided by the Service Provider in your Scope of Work (SOW).
